For years, a CEO could have a vision, but turning that vision into something tangible often required bringing several people into the process. AI is changing that. Today, a CEO can challenge an idea, explore alternatives and sometimes test an approach before the first leadership discussion even begins.
In my previous article, Before You Build With AI, Architect the Outcome, I discussed why knowing what you want to achieve matters more than how quickly you can build something. That principle hasn’t changed. What I find equally interesting now is how far a business leader can move toward an outcome before involving the broader organization.
